What We're Eating: Oven Roasted Sweet Potato Fries

Slice 'em up, toss with olive oil, salt and pepper. Roast in a single layer at 425 for about half an hour. Almost finished with my CSA potatoes from the fall. These were pretty good but I'll say it again: I HATE POTATOES!

I have been to Mill House Quilts. It's a great store. Lately I've been trying to use my stash. Well, I've also been adding to my stash too! I bought a lot at the Quilt Expo this fall and I buy online, at Joann's, at Stitcher's Crossing, thrift stores-- everywhere! Thanks for visiting-- I'll check out your blog!
