Kid Yoga

Talia and I have been doing her YogaKids DVD. She really likes it and it is great exercise for her and a little for me as well. She also talks about yoga a lot these days-- which makes me seems like a cooler parent than I am. I want to find a yoga class for her here... (Just what we need, another activity!)
